After washing, the potatoes are peeled and then steam cooked to keep their natural flavour. They are then dried to make convenient flakes of potato. Smash now has full cream milk added so that you will enjoy a richer, creamier mash, just as you would make at home!
Smash is so easy to make! Simply add boiling water and stir for a couple of minutes to make mouth watering mash.
